I am under no illusion that any sort of 'starvation' diet such as the Cabbage Soup is a long-term solution. I have said quite a few times that the
only reason I'm going to use it is to lose a few pounds for my ball, and I quite fully believe that I'll put them back on as soon as I stop. After that I am going to go fully into the 'healthy eating and exercise' thing. I honestly don't think many people on here are going to go in for long term faddish diets - the 'tips' thing is probably tips to stop sugar cravings and healthy recipes.
If you know anything about the 'GI diet' you'd know that it is simply an extension of healthy eating, with the only 'fad' aspect to it the inclusion of certain foods so as to prolong your feeling of fullness and stop your cravings for snacks and sweets. And it really fucking works. It's medically approved and sustainable.
Oh aye, and exercise. But everyone knows about that
