If you know anything about the 'GI diet' you'd know that it is simply an extension of healthy eating, with the only 'fad' aspect to it the inclusion of certain foods so as to prolong your feeling of fullness and stop your cravings for snacks and sweets. And it really fucking works. It's medically approved and sustainable.
Oh aye, and exercise. But everyone knows about that
GI is pretty sensible. It is, basically, just informed healthy eating.
