Current weight - 10st Target weight - 8 or 7 st Diet start date - 9th May 2k8 Weight loss this week - n/a Total weight loss with this diet - n/a Diet programme followed - no crisps or sweets. drinking only water and diluting [apart from when it comes to booze]. 50 sit ups a day. exercise bike for 10 minutes [for now!]. cut down on meal serving sizes. 8 Adios pills a day. Going back to the days of getting full on rocket salad.
