Well, along with being
another attention seeking piece of nonsense, alcohol is empty calories, situps won't help you lose anything(Only build up muscle), cardiovascular activity has to occur for over twenty minutes before you start using stored fat and as far as I can tell, Adios is shit; you'd be better off with a piece of cork the size of your fist. At least you'd feel full after eating it.
Oh, and a side note to all; you'll want to increase all this stuff. Fifty situps a day for twenty years won't change anything, other than making it possible for you to do fifty situps a day*. Once you can do it with no bother, then do more. Or sit some heavy stuff on your chest while you do it. Whichever.
*And have torn muscles after three months of it non-stop, probably.
