Reverse that and you get what my goal once was (I still hope to gain a little more muscle). And how tall are you? 7 stone is bitsy and a terrifying goal for a 17 year old unless you're quite wee. Last time I weighted 7 stone, I was 12. I'd probably have to lose muscle along with body fat to get back down to that again.
