I can fixate on healthy stuff sometimes - a bit obsessed with pumpkin seeds at the moment - but it depends (probably mainly on hormones and stress). I think probably because I'm really lazy if my flat is full of healthy snacks (fruit, seeds etc) I'll eat them, and if I've got crisps and chocolate in the flat I'll eat them. |
