Well, my previous eating habits were:
7am - Candy bar. 200mg of caffeine
11am - 1/2lb chicken tenders (breaded chicken, fried or baked)
4pm - another 200mg of caffeine (does wonders on the appetite)
7pm - sandwich...or depending on hunger, a loaf of bread torn to chunks and dipped in tomato soup or oil/balsamic
so you'd hafta appreciate me doing better
