I'm gonna have to, to not die start getting my act together after Manchester. Minimal booze, no beer at all, minimal fizzies, and regular fruit and decent sleeping/eating patterns. Whether i can be arsed updating this thread with it i doubt. You're no doubt on the edge of your seats.
