Diet wise im just trying to eat better and less, gonna do the special k for breakfast and lunch thing and a healthy balanced dinner and excersize wise i got wii fit and am aiming to do 30 mins step aerobics and 30 mins running a day along with some of the yoga and muscle exercises focusing mostly on my waist and hips. | I tried the kellogs diet a couple of weeks ago, gave up on day 5, can't even look at cereal now
Tried to keep my lunches small instead, and still only snacking on fruit and veg but I seem to have bloated out big time, it's rather annoying. I'm not getting much excercise though, just sitting around studying all day
