Ha! It's not noble. We have consent forms that say "Payment must be made at time of collection" people sign it ergo agreeing to the contract. If people say "I cant afford it but do it anyway and i'll find the money" we are flexible and work out payment schemes. Most people get the work done, pay a minimal amount off then fuck off.
