| Re: Stretching FAQ One of the reasons you should wait between stretches is to allow your body to generate more tissue, which isn't something that varies tremendously between different people. Also the faster you go the quicker they'll heal up if you knock one out in your sleep or something, which is always a bugger.
You're getting mega defensive when (most of us) are just giving you advice for your own sake. I don't give a fuck what some person I've never met does to their lugs, but I'm a nice person & if I think I can help I will. If it's not wanted, I won't waste my time. |
