You've missed the point - many of us already have flats. Why should we be forced to either give these up or pay for two places of accomodation, neither of which we would be living n full time? If I was working in Dumfries for an indefinite length of time I'd be more than happy to sell my flat at home and buy one in Dumfries, but it's a fixed year then I move back to Glasgow indefinitely. |
