Since we started doing gigs as TIOB, the one band we all agreed we totally had to put on some day was Stapleton. Because of their current living arrangements they hardly ever play but they've just released a new album and they're doing a handful of dates to celebrate, and we have the pleasure of doing the (sort of) home leg of the tour.
If you don't know them, you can expect to hear lovely melodies and good old fashioned rock action along the lines of Braid and American Football.
Triple School are Tom and Giles, the latter formerly of Dananananaykroyd, and are probably seriously fed up with the Shellac comparisons by lazy hacks already.
Nathaniel Green are another duo, half of which used to be in Dugong, all the way from Wakefield in Englandshire and employing a guitar and a Rhodes piano to glorious effect.
