A ban of that length isn't unheard of, Unknown certainly had longer. Chris Morris had two months, then four months slapped on on his first day back. Permabans were also used for quite a while.
I *think* T-Bone has been banned six times in total; the banned user list is a public thread for anyone who's that interested. Previous bannings (especially for the same thing) usually heap extra time onto whatever the mods dish out.
There is far less banning though than there used to be, T-Bone is the only member currently banned, at certain times there have been like six at once and stuff. |
