yeah, they said it was a bit of a cockup but didn't really seem to offer any decent solution, bit of a pain in the arse. they just kept saying that my tariff wasn't compatible with the bolt on, as it was too old
(but they didn't realise this at the time)
I'm not sure how the tariff thing works but i assumed that they could manually adjust any part of it. But aye, if they want £37 quid a month for this shitty WM6 smartphone i'd be as well getting an iPhone.
