I'm not sure how the tariff thing works but i assumed that they could manually adjust any part of it. But aye, if they want £37 quid a month for this shitty WM6 smartphone i'd be as well getting an iPhone. |
Their solution should be to honour the contract which they sold you, its a legally binding (all be it verbal) contract.
