I fancy having a gander at this, how many bands do you usually have on in one night? Is it bands all night or is there a dj bit too? Is it mostly local Glasgow bands or do they come from anywhere?
I had a look at your website but it's 6 years old, is it still £2 in and £1.60 for a cider?
