There is no relation between the religion and Arabs!! Arabic is a language and whoever speaks Arabic is an Arab as Mohammad (peace be upon him ) said.
Regarding saying that it is a piece of Art and the question you mentioned below I wanna say that Allah created everything and He gave people brain to think and power to build and design . Paradise is better than you ever think. I will give you some pictures..

Yes, you are now allowed to enter both Makkah and Almadinah because they are religious city.
Islam is opened but now against its principles. No need to enter them both for non-Muslims!!
Thanks for this question, but I can't say rahter than that. As in Rome (Faticaan) we are not allowed to build Mosques as well.
