It's a pretty minor point, but quite irritating. One way of solving it is simply to refresh the page, and that usually gets the cursor back. I suspect it's either Firefox 3 or the FoxyTunes plugin that I use. This problem is only limited to AN.

I had this as well - it arises with the WYSIWYG editor, if you switch to the standard editor on the forum options page the problem goes away.
