Reports of her screaming mania, foaming at the mouth while orating and chewing on curtains at number ten seem eminently believable and in-character for the woman to me. But again, pure semantics.
I probably shouldn't allow myself to get so worked up about Thatcher apologists, I'm only going to run into more and more of them as I get older.
"I don't think she was really all that bad."
Yes, she was.
"But Blair/Major/Brown was worse."
No, they weren't.
"Well, yeah, but all politicians are evil and corrupt."
Yep, and she was the worst our country has seen in living memory.
