It's about erosion of individuality in modern America, or something... Just brilliantly written. I saw it performed many years ago and it was a thrilling experience - really chilling in a way, the audience was more transfixed than I've ever seen and at the end we were all a bit shell shocked. Not sure it works QUITE as well reading it from a book, as with all plays I guess.
