Seconded. I've either never met any of these people or never had it come up in conversation (probably the latter) but I can't see how the logic stands up.

So... you yourself have never been drunk? If the answer is that you have been: then if you had been assaulted at that point, would you agree you would have had no-one to blame but yourself?
Bonus question: have you ever flirted with anyone? So therefore...
