| Re: Hammershaw Split cassette out August I just bought a deck off ebay to back up some important tapes, a Denon that was £170 in '98 for £10. A Nakamichi went for £70 around the same time.
I find this music really difficult to get into, it reminds me of a film I seen ages ago called Hardware, made me feel nauseous. Saying that, if it can cause such an effect it must be powerful. I have heard other stuff like this but there was more notes being played, was more accessible.
This music is like the era just before Anglarna's music? Are you using ancient analogue devices that were meant for other purposes? I take it that's why you're releasing on tape, because it fits the scene?
How old is this style anyway, does it go back to the 50s?
