    Flatmate wanted for two bedroom flat in Woodlands

    Hi, my name is Daniel Celnik, I'm soon to start fourth year of med school and I'm looking for someone to share my two bedroom flat in Woodlands.

    All applicants must be non-smokers.

    Flat is conveniently located 15 minutes walk from the medical school/university and 20 minutes walk from town.

    Room for rent is furnished with wardrobe, desk, drawers, shelves and a double bed. Bedroom also has an access point to the flat's hard wired broadband internet connection and a cordless phone.

    Kitchen is well equipped and only three years old.

    Living room is also well equipped with 28" widescreen TV, ntl cable, xbox 360, nintendo wii, internet access point and phone.

    Bathroom has bath and shower, and the shower is a beast.

    Rent will be £305 per month, but this includes cable TV, broadband internet, landline phone, and gas and electricity bills.

    I also have a spare TV and dvd player which could go in the bedroom, but wouldn't be able to get actual TV, could just be used to play DVDs.

    Also I will have a car next year for ASDA trips etc. and I can cook.

    Nope, no cannibalistic urges just really need a flatmate. I'm going to work soon but could put up some photos this evening if you need proof that this place exists
