| Guitarist 18/Drummer 17 interested in starting a band
Hey been trying to get a Hardcore Punk band on the go for quite a while but havent found anyone interested so decided that this would be a good place to try. Looking for a guy who can shout and scream a wee bit (no growling) an adequate bassist and a decent guitarist who can play fast, hard and ocassionally some lead.
Some of the stuff im into:
Unbroken
Chain of Strength
Jerrys Kids
This is Hell
The 4 Skins
Agnostic Front
Capitalist Casualties
Gorilla Biscuits
Black Flag
R.A.M.B.O

Converge

I don't mind an occasional beatdown but I hate how people actually wait for beatdowns to mosh at shows, there's not talent you're playing a chuggin on a chord for fuck sake. I also hate how most metalcore/deatcore/tuffguycore bands have to have beatdowns in every single song. Bring back the good old days of circle pits.
On the band note im not gonna see big div till saturday and he's never on MSN and never answers his phone, he said to me when I was talking about starting a band that he would drum for that band so hopefully its a yes. | |
