Looking for someone to play bass guitar for our band......name to follow lol.
We're based in Glasgow, mainly southside. We've not long started but we've got two songs done and we're working on our third at the moment.
Style-wise, we're doin kinda thrashy stuff but with a total groove goin on....it's as best as I can describe it lol. It's the kinda vein we're pushing for. So far we've (Me, Dougsie and Aldo) have got very similar ideas in what we want, ideally you would too.
We're after someone who plays along with the drums as the backbone of the band, not just someone who's got the guitar parts nailed on bass. Our ideas, song-writingwise, are all about making it flow and just sound pretty fuckin heavy.
We're really lookin forward to gettin stuff on the go and we're looking for someone who can be available for a jam/practice about one evening a week, normally a Tuesady or Thursday.
More than anything else, we're just really wanting to get some shit down and get it out there and hopefully get some gigs.
And oh aye, we're all in our early(ish) 20's but age is not a problem, all we care about is the music!!!!
