Guitarist wanted

Strange as it may seem, we're having real trouble finding a guitarist who is into the following bands..
Descendents, Face to Face, Avail, Bad Religion, Leatherface, HWM, The Loved Ones, The Gaslight Anthem, Snuff, Good Riddance, Only Crime etc etc

Must have good gear, able to drive/own transport would be a bonus
We're all late 20's early 30's so it may not suit a young 16/17 year old, esp when we go on about the good old days and when we saw HWM play in the 13th Note!
