| Re: Bands you're embarrassed to admit you like The Klaxons are a bit of a shocker but I cant help it. I also genuinely love the new Avril Lavigne song, and the Automatic.
I essentially should be banned from music stores.

| Re: Bands you're embarrassed to admit you like Ha, i actually quite like that Monster song they do. That's the Automatic, right?
I was walking down Dumbarton Rd and these neds started whistling at me. When i didn't give a reaction they all shouted "WHAT'S THAT COMING OVER THE HILL IS IT A MONSTEEEERR IS IT A MONSTEEEEERRRR." and pointed at me. It was so funny.
Aaah, good old Partick.

| Re: Bands you're embarrassed to admit you like Depends what you define as 'embarassing'.
I blame my dad for getting me to like Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance and, for some bizarre reason, Black Eyed Peas (but only certain songs).
I love listening to upbeat pop music (like Shakira, Nelly Furtado, Rhianna etc) at the gym, because it tends to have a great beat, but I wouldn't sit down and listen to an album by any of them.
Some music in this thread (SOAD springs to mind) I am proud to enjoy |

| Re: Bands you're embarrassed to admit you like I like loads of stuff. I wouldn't say I'm embarrassed by it at all, although Phil definitely shakes his head with a "What happened to you?!" expression. |

I'm experiencing an extreme love/hate relationship with the new Avril Lavigne song. I hate her. I hate her music. Her voice goes through me like a dose of salts.
But I cant stop shaking my derriere and singing along to that song whenever I hear it. |
