I met this band when I went to Durham to see a gig. They were on second and totally blew me away. they play political-riot-folk kind of stuff. Influenced by Crass in parts, and Evan Greer in the other.

I think part of why I think so much of them is because I saw them live in perfect surroundings, the demo, while it has good songs on it, doesn't really capture it live. Live however is what i have in my head when I listen to it.
Edit: Mick might of liked them more if they were called "Hun nos saf i mewn Pontypridd"

Have you heard Jeffery Lewis' New record, 12 Crass Songs, Its a Crass covers record done in an Anti folk style.
I've heard two polar opinion of that record. One guy (who's a major riot-folk fan) told me it was totally amazing, and then my brother (who's a major crass fan) told me it was the worst peice of shit he's ever heard. I may try and track it down.
Fopp are doing them for a tenner I think, thats where I first heard it, Fngers played it for me the last time I was in there. Punk Is Dead is awesome. Trust me on this record and not your brother for the sheer fact he likes the music of crass :P
