LOL at folk asking to buy individual titles from this

"some of these are worth hundreds, thousands"

then why's he only wanting a min of $3mil? surely it must be worth more than that? unless he owns some utter pish that actually DEvalues the collection

    Re: FAO: Toast & Dec

I was just thinking last week about how much space in my house is taken up with records these days, mostly cos there's seven boxes of records in the kitchen at the moment while I move some stuff about in the office (which is not a popular situation).

Suddenly I don't feel so bad.

Reckon the real reason he's selling is that he's limewired it all, and figures he can blow a few million of coke and hookers and still listen to his choons?

You think a collector like that listens to music?

It's worth 50 million but I think there's a feeling of "I just need to get it sold" now - look on his website and it clearly specifies museum or university types, so if it's on eBay I'm reckoning none have come forward.

It certainly would be a shame to see so much musical history lost.

And yeah, if it would take 57 years to listen to it all without even a minute's break, he hasn't listened to the great majority!

Barry's got more than that on his hard drive. Everyone knows I've only got 2 albums, a Kerrang compilation and Death Row greatest hits.

Selling them for so cheap because he bought the new Nickelback one and he's so ashamed he is banned from music.
