I'm a massive Zombina fan, you should come to the gig on Friday and give them a listen. I'll also second suggestions for Siouxsie and the Banshees, Within Temptation, Guano Apes and Bikini Kill. Chuck in The Go! Team and Lords of Acid while you're at it. And ignore whoever said Paramore, because they're the musical equivalent of the dregs of a pint. | Kidneythieves reformation = .
I would love to come to the gig on Friday, I had a look at getting some tickets 'cause I've heard good things about them, but unfortunently have WAY too much uni work to be able to attend it. But I shall get a hold of some CDs of the bands you suggested thanks!
And indeed thanks to everybody else, steadfastly going through MySpace just now having a wee listen to the bands and noting down some of the ones I like. Quote:

Heard some Emilie Autumn stuff and it sounded pretty cool, she was at Dark City last year no?

Try em anyway. | Just got round to them, quite different, but love them. I love electro/synthpop anyways.

Her guitarist used to be in Megadeth. Aparently he speaks fluent Japanese, and is a minor celebrity over there. Kinda weird. |
