There are pop songs which are bad/I don't like but are easily ignorable (a category that most of Shakira's past work falls into), and then there's running your voice through a rubbish filter, slapping in a sound you think is kinda cute and then playing the finished product through the cheese grater that you are massaging my ears with.
This trainwreck is the latter.
Really, I wouldn't complain so much if I was able to turn off the radio when I hear it, but I never can. | |

Urgh. That has to be one of the worst things I have ever seen/heard.
Managed to go about 3 months without hearing that stupid Pokerface song when it came out so frick knows how long I could have protected my ears for if I hadn't just subjected myself to that.
It would be brilliant if it was a piss take but it terrifying to think she can make a living off churning out shite like that.

First saw the video about a month ago and sat there mesmerised while I watched it about ten times. I still have no idea if it's hot or just plain weird.
