Libertines reunion?

I've heard that in mid 2010 the libertines will be getting back together, sadly it came from a doubtfull source. Has anyone heard about this? Do you think they should reunite?

They were alright but any reunion would just be a tour to get some money as they're probably skint now. So pointless. Much like The Libertines in retrospect

you don't understand smack, it's not something you can just kick. and you shouldn't judge a person by their addiction, his songwriting skills are way above what most folk can do. why do folk hate him so much? are you all media whores?

no, he's the media whore, that's the point. he's a talentless little shit riding a wave of publicity and using it to fund a habit that is turning him into a walking corpse. on numerous occasions i've read quotes from him sayin he wants to get off the gear and it's plain he's makin no effort to do so even though he could probably afford to be treated at the priory. he's a fucking waster.

now, that being said, a lot of artists and bands who i enjoy have at some point had issues with smack and various other substances, but there's a couple of fundamental differences between him and all of them, they're actually talented and their fame which (at the very least most of them) was not the product of a bunch of bandwagon jumping students who spend their days trawling through the bins behind oxfam for brown corduroy trousers and plastic sandles. the bands and artists i'm talking about here haven't built their careers on being the media's favourite little dope fiend.
