| Poor Halt Bar The Council have taken away their license to put gigs on again, cause their where too many noise complaints. What a shame as it was a great venue, and had an amazing set up for bands. No one will probably drink their anymore. |

| Re: Poor Halt Bar Folk who move in above live music venues then complain about the noise should kill themselves.
Second to last time I was there I had a bucket of water thrown on me by one of the upstairs residents. I hope they get raped.

| Re: Poor Halt Bar the licensing board has gone mental lately. totally out of step with the rest of civilisation the country re closing times, for instance...
and yeah, people who live on a main road in a city above a pub who complain about the noise are almost as bad as people who move next to heathrow and complain about airplanes going over their house.
the guu had a problem for years with one little old lady who lived opposite them... and the 20,000 students of glasgow uni had to leave the guu via the far end of the building from where the club night had been to try to placate her. don't live opposite a student union (that's been on that site longer than you've been alive) then, you wretched bint.
