| i see you point, but i like shitloads of successful punk bands, it's not the success as much as they way they go about it that's the issue here.

| I'm only into early 80's hardcore, the original strain, a la Black Flag, Bad Brains, X, Circle Jerks, Replacements, Husker Du, etc.

my top 5 at the moment:
1. DS-13
2. Scholastic Death
3. Beastie Boys
4. Seven Seconds
5. Gang Of Four (who you may not consider hardcore)

| Shai hulud are quality, not to keen on their new shit though.
50 caliber are good. All be it they are a bunch of neds with guitars, decent band though.
Poison the well arent really hardcore anymore, the e.p was though.
Knuckledust are fucking brilliant.

| Underrule are pretty badass. Have got "Misfortune comes by means of mouth" and its pretty good.
Poison the Well are hardly a hardcore band now.
The E.p was kinda hardcore. Although "opposite of December" is a great album, its definately not hardcore.
Underoath are not bad only got a few tracks by them.
I listen to alot of tough guy hadcore As its known.
Try some Born From Pain, pretty decent and from Europe as well.
