Trying to form hardcore band

Hey all, im already in a band which i enjoy and shit but ive always wanted to form a hardcore band, my influences are death by stereo, propagandhi, rise against, no comply, a shit load more. Ive wanted to do this for ages and no ones ever interested, i play guitar, i like playing (what i think is) sorta riff based heavy assed shit, id love to do this (youve no idea how much) im extremly laid back and would welcome anyone who wants to give it a bash, no matter what their influences, who knows what could happen? experience isnt an issue, and also female vocals would be more than welcome (infact i might actually prefer that)
