I agree. Re: Kurt Cobain. I wouldn't say he was an awful singer. He wasn't the best granted, but he had a decent voice, a certain quality to it and I think the above also applies to him.

to be fair thogufh, her breats, her blondeness, her in short britneyness is what sells her a lot of records now. Not necessarily her singing ability. I doubt as many people would have bought "Hit Me Baby One More Time" if it weren't for that video.
