Well, I thought it was about time that a February Bedlam thread was started. And yes, it is supposed to say 21st.

I'm going, and dragging a new person along as well, although I doubt it's against his will. I also know what I'm gonna wear this time round. Although naturally expect to change my mind.

Who else is going, and how are the preparations coming along?

ANYWAY, i would just like to point out to those good Bedlam folks what a persistantly good job this here Blondie person is doing to promote this here club night, and if you haven't got her on permanent guest-list by now, shame on you!!

For you Gordon, this would involve steering clear of nuts...so really, you've been preparing for a long time, and you didn't even know it!

I have been swayed, temted even, to change my outfit idea, and so far have been sticking to my guns, go me. But, as Saturday looms closer and closer (Yay!) its getting more and more difficult to resist the shiny stuff...and then Mhairi went and threw the word 'fairy' into the thread! Ooh...I just thought of another dress which I have which would allow the dancing and look fab...must go try it on.

I'll definitely be there - finishing work at 8 now, so that's good - but I'm tempted to nab a taxi just before 2 and nick into town for the last hour of Deathkill, cos I've been enjoying that recently.

And if I can sneak along with you, Vaz, I might check out the post-grad club too - my pal Robbie's on the bar there and keeps telling me to pop in.

what sort of music are they playing at Deathkill these days? the first time i went at the Woodside Social it was no bad, some electroclashy stuff, some aphex twin, some big black, some kiss and a bit of dodgey punk. the last time i went just after it moved to Barfly it was just dodgey punk-tacular. nothing electronic in sight (and that's kinda what i was looking for).
