Bored and tired...

...and as such, i decided writing in here would be a good idea.

I'm sure this could all be wrong, but i'm doing anyway...

So, i started working in beCogent again last Monday.

After not having been in the place since early 2002. Feels kinda weird, but at the same time i like the fact that i'm going in pretty much already knowing what to expect, at the very least.

Trained for Telewest Credit Card Payments for 2 and a half days, went on the phones until Friday afternoon, when me and some others get pulled off the phones and told we're going to be sent to Bellshill for a week to be trained in NTL Faults.

So i'll be "helping" people fix their digital TV if they have a problem (which will probably mostly boil down to "can you check the connections" and "can you switch the set top box off, leave it off for 10 seconds and switch it back on and see if that fixes it?" over and over and over, but ahh well, money, etc, yay, woo, and so on.)

Tiredness, i forgot how tiring getting up at 7am was - think i'll go and sleep in preparation for tomorrows training and listening and might even go out at night, who knows - it is Friday tomorrow after all.
