Okay the venue wasn't the best (The Queen Elizabeth Hall), okay the sound wasn't anywhere near as good as it could have been and sure Mr Tibet himself was in an 'introverted' mood BUT what an astounding evening.
He was clearly still reeling from the death of a close friend and that came screaming through in the performance. He was at his squirmy, writhing, soul-baring best and the whole experience was so intense I cried for the... |
