imagine you get sick. Imagine you lose the use of your kidneys somehow and have to go on dialysis. Imagine then having to give up every second day to get plugged into a machine that drains your blood out and cleans all the shit out for you, becuase you cant do it yourself any more.Imagine being able to die very easily on any of these nights.
Imagine one night youe on the machine, you begin to fall asleep.Whilst asleep you knock the needle planted in your arm, it comes loose.
Imagine having to watch your own blood spray out over the walls and start pooling on the floor, knowing full well you could bleed to death in minutes-whiel the alarm starts bleeping and you wait for your family to run up the stairs and see that.Then have to clean it up.
Imagine that.
Go get a donor card.

 | a good few years ago I installed a phone in a dyalisis portacabin in someones garden in cumbernauld so that if anything happened they could phone for help.Day i showed the cabin was being sluiced because it was soaked in blood after something went wrong. It was sobering to say the least. They survived and were thankful. Donor cards are a great idea. |
