Off to the hospital i went after my nights devolved into increasingly nightmarish epochs of small periods of sleep snatched bettween increasingly horrible dreams and torturous temperature fluctuations. At the hospital, i blacked out and slumped against a wall in an empty corridor i had wandered down in search of toilet to stop my head spinning in. When i was sort of coming too and forcing myself to move as i had heard my name called in the distance, i had another amazing visual effect. As its a stunning day, when i looked down the corridor that i had stumbled along before collapsing the end of the corridor was a glass wall leading out to the baking sun, but in my addled and disorientated state the entire corridor was washed out with blinding light which i could only stumble towards, shielding my eyes. One of the nurses saw me and immediatly ushered me into one of the check up rooms for a lie down "before i fell down".

Cursory check over by an uninterested doctor later, and i apparently have either a particularly bad flu or glandular fever. Get to take another trip out to the GP during the week to get the final answer and to get a weeks line off of work, which amuses me as they recommended plenty of bed rest before telling me im going to spend another few hours waiting for the attentions of a doctor who can actualy tell or give me something useful.

On a brighter note, Brother (good one) is dropping off a bunch of games to keep me amused this week. Not realy had the energy to do much more than snatch an hour or two online here and there, but im sure i will find the energy once the care package is here...
