After 8 months of being a Senior Consultant at work I have been bumped back on the phones due to a big management shake up This sucks! I dont particularly mind talking to customers and dealing with complaints - although the constant "I want to talk to James Murdoch" and the constant requests for compensation gets a little irritating after a while, people are so fucking greedy sometimes - £100 compensation cause your BB didnt work for one freaking day is just asking a bit too much. And just because we are Head Office for complaints does not mean that James is sat in the office with us, well he was one time, but only for 5 minutes and I got sweaty palms cause he was listening into my call He said I had a nice telephone manner On the plus side I am increasing my hours so more money for me, plus I got a rather generous pay rise today which gets back dated till May - go me!

Anyhow, 5 days and counting till I pick Arion up, Im so excited, I can't wait to start working with him and finding out all his buttons. Im not looking forward to our first argument though, and it will happen, horses can be testy buggers. He is a big boy and will no doubt get the better of me the first few times. All I had to do was yell at Sam and he stopped messing about, except when there was a bus involved - man that boy did not like buses one little bit, especially buses that drive past at 60 miles an hour with the driver on his mobile phone, that was scary.

No kids this weekend, the wee on is at her Aunties and the wee fella is at my mums, so Im getting some peace and quiet tonight. Kev apparantly got in from work at 4ish and went back to bed, havent had a peep out of him since I came home an hour ago - best go check if he is still breathing
