OK I knew it would be a mistake to go out drinking when I am trying to quit smoking and I ended up smoking last night 
Grrr Im so mad at myself - I only had a couple but my throat is killing me now and I can hardly talk. So I will have to start again now.
Must have been pissed of, I know why but cant say on here.
Right home and back to bed I think as i have an almight hangover and Im starving despite consuming half a pizza in the taxi queue about 5am this morning.
