Well, that was good. My first public appearance in what feels like months, spectacularly ruined by my inability to realise when I'm overdoing it. Went for a wild night out with some old friends I hadn't got together with for ages... was over at Cuff's with Jamie Scruff, got a long overdue haircut, a few beers, and a smashing curry that Cuff made us for dinner. Met up with Bowie and headed into town for a badly-needed drink-a-thon, where we in turn met up with Posh and Jen and Matt and all kinds...

Once again, 4am and no chance of me sleeping.

I did fall asleep earlier, at about 7pm, woke up again a couple of hours later and now no matter how hard I try I can't get back to sleep.

I'm f'kin exhausted, too... I just can't sleep.

I really need to pull myself together. Tomorrow (or later today I should say), I think I will.

Self-imposed exile, you've gotta love it. I'm lucky if I've spoken to maybe two or three people tops in the past couple of weeks.

Getting kind of bored with it now though. I'd do something about that, if I had managed to get any sleep at all last night and wasn't nodding off at the keyboard.
