Wow, week's over already. Hasn't been particularly bad work-wise, busy at times but I'm actually quite proud that I'm sitting here at 12:30pm on Friday and pretty much everything is up to date (everything important, anyway). I've been quite productive.

Oh yeah... and in a bizarre twist, I mentioned to my boss the other day that Cuff was looking for a job, while we were talking about how he can't find anyone to replace the boy Naismith. A couple of interviews and one or two discussions...

1 day left before I have to go back to crappy work, grr... it's over all to quickly, just as I'm getting used to relaxing. Not long now until I'm back wasting my day on the internet again...

It's been a wasted week-or-so, though... through most of it I've just hung out with Janette the whole time, playing games and eating junk food, going for walks (great weather the past week, had to take advantage of it somehow), the usual stuff. Throw in a bit of traumatic working-out-what-to-do-with-the-rest-of-my-life...

Feeling much better today... mostly had a relaxed night, went to see the Kamikazes at RGs and behaved myself (soft drinks for me!), back up at Janettes flat by 11pm, sound asleep by midnight for a change. Quality.

Enjoyed the Kamikazes set, even if RGs is probably the worst venue in Glasgow... the sound was dreadful, and there was nothing the band could do about it. Had a good old singalong anyway, Meech can write some Goddamn catchy tunes these days. Didn't stick around for any...

Janette says she woke up at 4am this morning to find me standing completely naked in front of the big window in her bedroom staring out at nothing. It's a big-ass window, 3 floors up where everyone can see (good view of the South side of Glasgow, too). When prompted to explain what I was doing, I told her I was watching the football outside (?!?). I then decided to leave the bedroom to wander down the hall in a quest to go for a piss, still wearing little more than my birthday suit. In a student...

Gig last night was rawkin'... really enjoyed it. Got some really positive feedback too... the show was pretty much 'trial by fire' for Posh, and he passed with flying colours. Amazing when you consider he's only played with us for about 5 minutes. It's probably fair to say that it was me making all the mistakes, actually... oops. Plus, we were really loud n' HEAVY (yeah!), so I couldn't hear a damn thing...
