Been a slow day - nothing happens around here, i'm getting bored out of my mind

My older sisters birthday today - hope she's having a good day (but she is in Doncaster so i won't know for a while) - Dear god, she's 28 now

In other news, i'm still bored...ahh well - can't really think of anything to add to this at the moment, if i continue, i'll probably just end up thinking of the more depressing things i want to add, and it will turn into a SUPER-EMO entry, so...

Doom!

Well, went to see Doom with Stan last night, seen it already but had to see it on the big screen at least once, even if it was just for that 5 minute First Person sequence

Saw Esther, Steph, Craig, Townsley, Ed & Julie going into the next showing as we came out, then headed to the Solid & the Cathouse and saw loads more people again - ended up seeing Kenny and Tony for a while (i thought Kenny was in Bristol? oh well) and ended up getting a taxi back with them - then got...

Well, the opticians phoned today and told me that my contacts are in, so i can go pick them up tomorrow! woo hoo, no more having to wear my glasses (well, all the time, anyway)

Got woken up today by my mum watching a live Cliff Richard webchat on the GM:TV website *shudder* - seriously thinking i should password the computer so she is NEVER...EVER able to do that again

Apart from that, the day so far has been uneventful, sat on the computer listening to music, might...

So bored, and its only 9am

Ahh well, Jobcentre, Eye Test & Doctors appointment today (in that order) so at least i have something to do, if nothing very exciting

Only Tuesday though, so i need to wait until the weekend until i can actually go OUT out...bah - i want something to do
