merry fucking christmas

no seriously. Of course everything went as usual. No one could agree as to where to have dinner so there were two houses on the day. My lazy bastard uncle was 3hours late picking up my Grams resulting in everyone else being stupidly late. People were not happy (and utterly ravenous). We had our first Christmas family fight at half ten (I'd been awake approximately 6 minutes) over batteries of all sodding things! I do not have enough beer. I lost at Buzz to my sisters and my ex decided that Christmas is a time for sharing so decided to phone me and make me very uncomfortable with 'chat' about the past. Blah!

On the positive side, I got a beautiful Big Dog hi-hat stand which is shiney and new and terribly exciting! I got some dvds I wanted and a bunch of really cool stuff from my sisters 'cos, when it comes down to it, they're both rather funky people and know me alot better than I give them credit for. We had a lovely tea and had chat with my cool uncle (whose leaving to live abroad the jammy bastard) and my baby sister was on form with her cheeky arse comments.

Got alot of 'merry xmas' messages from people which was pretty cool. Especially the one from Spain from my lovely Laura (who Im incredibly happy about cos she's happy and not with a looney). And I got offered a job in Devon. All terribly exciting.

So ... the moral of the story is - merry bloody christmas
