Well I did it

I took the job in London. I think I always knew I was gonna take it but I had to fuck about a bit before I admitted I was taking it.
I think Im thrown because I didn't think the interview went well. Then they sent me a 'sorry, no' letter last week which, in itself, wasn't a surprise given my state of mind about it. Then yesterday the HR lady left me a voicemail profusely apologising for the 'massive administrative cock-up'. My CV was put in the wrong pile and they were offering me the position after all. With the kinda stuff they were offering I had to take it - it woulda been really dumb of me not to.
Its kinda daunting though. Im actually leaving. Got a start date for my new job (19th Feb), move into staff accommodation 17th/18th. I'll be gone really soon. Its such a weird thing to think about.
