If there's anything about last night, it's that it's highlighted how much I need to clean up and get in shape. I mean, 'Downer' by nature could strain anyone, but it damn near killed me last night... not good. I was sweating so much up there, I was getting sweat in my eyes and everything... not good for someone who wears contact lenses, I couldn't see more than 2 feet in front of me. It's not like I'm fat, a bit overweight (less than a stone over my ideal weight for my height), just really unfit. It's what happens when you spend all day being a lazy fuck. I'm thinking of laying off the booze and stuff at least until "the weekend of RAWK" later this month... and probably trying to quit smoking again, as I said the other day. I should make more of an effort with what I'm eating, too... unhealthy as fuck. I think, in general, I should stop polluting my body as much as I do... I'm not particularly good at the whole 'going to the gym' thing, I don't have the patience or the willpower for it. I generally do get excercise going about my daily stuff too, so I think a little bit of clean livin' for a while might be just what I need for the moment.

Meech says he's "on the wagon" for a bit... he didn't drink last night. Good stuff, hope he sticks to it. Barlow and Cuff (well, Cuff for a few months anyway) did good with it, Meech is quite a big drinker so it'll be an inspiration if he stays off the booze. And what better time for me to at least tone it down a bit than when everyone else is doing it?

Excellent... my DVD ROM just got delivered. Lots of geeky stuff to mess around with tonight, that should keep me out of trouble.

Unless, of course, anyone fancies going out for a bit of a hardcore piss-up tonight? C'mon... I could murder a kebab, especially at around 3:30am or so...
